And it said the camera had been registered under another user
How do I reset the camera

You have to disable mobile data to link it.

Hi there I have the same issue I am unable to pair because it says it’s connected to someone else’s account. Please help me pair the backup camera. The message I’m getting is:
This Zuscam is currently used by…iCloud.com
