Defective?!?

I am currently having issues connecting to the AIKO.
The AIKO seems to be dead. NO light, Beep and I’m not able pair with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. I have tried everything I have read in the forums and nothing.
My Bluetooth, Wifi and location are all connected. I also tried airplane mode for 10 seconds then switched back over and nothing.
