Do not know old password. Cannot connect

I bought my backup camera used. It will not let me register it as it already has another email connected to it that i cannot access. How do i fix this?

Do you mean you forgot your ZUS login account password or the Backup Camera password? Or your device has been added to another account?
From which channel did you purchase the backup camera?

In your case, we suggest you contact the seller who own the product and ask him/her to remove the Backup Camera from his/her account.

There’s no factory reset on the camera. You have to contact the previous user to delete/remove the device from his/her account.

We are having the same issue. We bought a returned camera at Sams Club. We do not have access to old login. How do we fix this?
