Warranty? What warranty

Still waiting for a response from the warranty team about my reverse camera. Warranty claim ticket submitted in January 2020…

I don’t think you will get anything… Not a response to it, and no warranty replacement. Support has gone downhill fast in the previous months, and Julieta isn’t even here on the forum anymore. This seems to be another cheap Chinese product manufacturer with no actual support infrastructure in place, other than some call-center guys who answer emails but do not solve problems.

I’ve had several responses but none have provided either a tracking number for the replacement part or an alternative solution to my issue. I was potentially interested in Nonda’s dealership inventory management system for my vehicles but because of this whole experience, I’ll take my business elsewhere…customer service goes a long way.
