Correct me if I am wrong, you’ve bound the ZUS STSM with one of your smartphone, and now you’d like to use it on another smartphone.
If this is the case, I have the following trouble shooting procedure for you.
- If you are to use the same ZUS account, meaning only changing mobile device:
Just login with the email address you used for you ZUS account and the STSM shall be there.
- If you’d like to bind it with a new phone with newly registered ZUS account, you might have to login your previous ZUS account first, then go to “My Vehicle”, and follow these five steps:
