Im using iphone 6s. Downloaded latest update for zus. I drive a 2012 jeep wrangler. My tire pressure readings have never worked since day one. Bluetooth connected and battery voltage reading always works. Am i doing anything wrong? Please help
Hi @Jadalla_Khazaal May I know your version of the beta app or do you happen to remember when did you install it? If it’s an earlier version, problems might occur and we are releasing new versions almost twice a week to fix the problems reflected by the testers.

I’ve forgotten to write back to let you know I haven’t been able to re-add the tire monitor since removing & reinstalling the beta app… its saying that its already associated with another account and when I select request permission from owner (or the like), I do not get an email. How can I re-add the tire monitor?

My device has not worked since day one of the beta app. I have tried to go back to the app in the app store and still having the same problems. Most of the time it is just calibrating. Sometimes it will seem to work but the readings are stuck on the same number and never change. After a few minutes the devices beeps and then disconnects. This just repeats daily. Can my device be bad? Did the new app install new firmware? I would love to keep using it but it just will not work at all. At least it makes me feel better that there are several others in this thread that are having the same problems.

As we discovered later, this might be caused by sensor low battery. Do you mind to change the battery for the sensors? It’s a CR1632 in each.

Hello Julia, are you referring to my iPhone app or the firmware of the unit itself? As far as the app, I’ve tried connecting with both the beta and live versions and get the same results…

Does this beta version still work? I get an invalid login when I try to sign in to it. The official iOS app (v4.5) allows me to login
